Shipping, returns and payment

The Phôs company takes care of the delivery (either by a carrier or by its own truck).

Delivery area

The online store delivers exclusively to Metropolitan France, Monaco and Belgium. 

Contact us for a delivery outside this area.

We ship all over the world.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees include oversized and very careful packaging of your item, handling and transportation. 

For metropolitan France and Monaco, they are 150€ (including tax) for any order of 1’500€ (before taxes) or less and are offered for the orders exceeding this amount.

For shipping costs to countries outside of France, Monaco and Belgium, please send us a request for a quote on our contact page.

Specific shipping costs may be requested for bulky products, in which case the amount is clearly specified in the product description.

Shipping time

Orders placed through our contact sheet are collected every day from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays. Your order will be executed at the latest within 2 working days (48 hours) from the day following the day you placed your order. 

Upon shipment of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you, you can take into account the delivery times of the carriers indicated.

What happens if I am not satisfied with my product?

You can return it to us at your expense and we will reimburse you within 15 days of receiving the product(s).

My item is damaged, can I get a refund?

Please send us a picture of the damaged item, then we will proceed to the return of this product and send a new one.

What payment methods are available?

Credit card (for shipping in France) or bank transfer (for international shipping).
